Gerik is both a great selling Realtor and an excellent person. Their are selling realtors and listing realtors. A listing realtor concentrates on listing kits of properties but spends very little time actually out there showing places and selling them. They make their money a percentage of the listing when it sells while others do the real work of showing and selling properties..it cost less. Gerik shows properties non stop and is amazing at helping you find and buy the property you want and then get the financing you need. He has helped me find and secure a lakefront property for my son and his family at a great price and has helped me with one as well. If I was going to list a property I wud list it with a selling realtor like Gerik as it will be seen by.more people quicker and it will sell quicker with bis help finding the funding for that buyer. Simple stuff..makes sensr
